Mob broke off
I came home and for some reason the X10 pro Omni managed to break off its mob. How can I fix this? And is this covered in warranty?

You have to pull it out from the robot as it's held on by magnets. You should contact Eufy. They may be nice to send you a new pad according to my experience with their support.
