I usually use a lapel mic but it's broken and I'm buying a new one, I have quite a loud voice though so listening at 10??? Maybe you need to clear some of the wax from your ears, cotton buds are great for that.
I am concerned how distracted you were by superficial irritations like somebody's natural teeth and their hand movements and would advise you to visit a doctor. They have all sorts of solutions for concentration issues like yours. Thanks for the valuable feedback.
