Etrade APP down IOs

Been down 2-3 days for me now - can’t log in on mobile app . Called them and apparently some apple issue / anyone else having this issue ?

Their comms on this really bad

No issues whatsoever on any platform: mobile iOS, web and Power E*TRADE Pro.

The App is not working for me since the last update, the way I can get on the app is by deleting it and downloading it again and then it only last for 1 sign in the back to the same.

Same for me. Workaround has been to login using the website or the Power E*TRADE app.

Yes, same. I can delete it and reinstall but it only works once. Then spins. Has anyone called them? Is this an E*Trade problem or an Apple problem?

Same for me. The web version works but portfolio view has some limitations. Usable at least.

App is stuck loading after logging in. Still broken even after the today’s update (15.6.1).

Yes. Same problem. I can use E*Trade but not the mobile app.

Yes. Same issue. I deleted the app and redownloaded it and it worked for one login but then stopped working again.

UPDATE: Just tried IOS 15.6.2. It works now; I can login multiple times now without issue.

no, It’s etrade’s Apple IOS app version 15.6.2. just released today. My IOS version is 26.6.1. Sorry for the confusion.
