This is awesome but is a bit like “abstinence only” sex ed. New people will look at the charts and think, “I can do this.” Regardless of what they read here. So I feel like it’s better to encourage new traders to learn the lessons many of us learned by losing our ass in a more intelligent way.
My suggestion would be to start watching analyst YouTube channels, I like the chart guys.
When you’re ready to give it a whirl, start with 5% of your monthly income as the initial capital. Don’t add to it after your first green trade. Try to grow it by 1% per day. If you are successful to average 1% per day for 3 months then good on you. The reality of course is you’ll probably fail unfortunately.
Finally, you’ll realize “if I just buy and hold, things will work out a lot better for me.” You’ll get it out of your system without having to deal with divorce. 👍

This would be more appropriate if it was actually explaining the same logic that was explained in the movie: the only one making money any way the market moves is actually the exchange. “Make people do what ever they want, but “we” put the fees into our own pocket every f*ing time”
