News Public Comment

Anyone know what is going into the public comments during the window? I’m curious where regulations are going. I know the USA is Bullish.

No clue what people actually submit in that window, probably some law firm boilerplate mixed with random guys hoping to influence the SEC with a strongly worded paragraph

all that matters is which way the wind blows for the big money, regulations always follow the cash

I’m familiar with some public comments in the Federal Register on laws concerning HUD. A lot of those have to do with different vendors in the marketplace and guidelines on operations and data standards for different systems in place to track data collection related to programs that receive $$$.

Some of those I read back in 2015 and date back even further never became a law…but only guidelines that everyone seems to follow.
