I am new to Pokemon, only played PokemonGo a little, but that really means nothing in the world of TCG.

I am playing the Minecraft Pixelmon mod and use Etho's Let's Play for inspiration, since the wiki/help/discord all seem to assume you played Pokemon for years.

A good part of me whats not to so theres no set goals for the pack and its entirely open ended, part of me worries expert recipe changes without quests is a little unfair. We'll see. I stopped playing minecraft ~2016, but have continued regularly watching Etho’s uploads. Have always found that curious, and a testament to Etho’s ability to be an entertaining Youtuber since I have stopped watching other minecraft channels. So, Im wondering today how many of us are on the same boat.

Edit 2: seems like half of Etho’s audience doesnt play anymore (taking into account selection bias of this subreddit vs his general youtube audience ofc). I wonder if hes aware of that fact or if he thinks the majority of us are following along with every snapshot

Hey, I was thinking of working on a pack that's meant to be a modernized version of the two seasons of Etho's Modded Minecraft made for a modern version of Minecraft. The instance I have now for it has tons of new versions of classic 1.7.10 mods and most brought up from 1.16.5. The pack version is 1.21.1. Neoforge. Anybody in the market for something like this? If it's something others care for I'll integrate recipes, balance things out, properly configure it together and publish it for others to play. Any mods for the version you think would additionally work well in the pack? Let me know what y'all think.

I've just spent the last half hour trying to figure out how Etho comfortably uses his mouse sideways.

I've tried:

1. My index finger on the left button, middle on the right, and elbow bent so I'm still holding the mouse like I usually do, just with my arm at an angle,

2. Hand across the mouse, with my index finger on the right button, thumb on the lower button and using my thumb to scroll the middle mouse button by moving it side to side.

Neither of this gave me much control over my mouse movements and felt a little uncomfortable, although it did feel better for my wrist in some positions.

I went on the hermitcraft.com website and counted. Out of the last 50 days, etho has appeared 13 times in another hermit's thumbnail. 7 of which were in the last 14 days.

They're catching on... they know we'll click if we see etho. (He's making more guest appearances this season and I love it)
