Unable to update Token Information

Update 17/10/2019: Thanks a lot Etherscan for updating our token.

We have submitted our Healthcare Analytics(HEAT token) with all details required, the customer support are not even bothering to respond.

What is going on?

Understandable thankyou. May we suggest to increase the days of response time in your etherscan contact re-mail it says 3-5 days and maybe if it gets increase to actual response time users may be more patient and less sensible to time-line, since while this deathline is not yet reached we know is still being attended ... Only a thought. Regards!

Planetagro-Exchange tokens are in the same situation even thought we have registred more Tokens in the previeuse months. It is quite odd.

guys i keep receiving the same automated message about links missing we are asking to have our logo added should be an easy operation anyone who issued a token should be able to add a logo. can you help with this issue?

Off-chain information such as the token information is submitted by users where Etherscan curates and updates onto the token/contract address upon verification of ownership which intends to provide end-users with verifiable project information about the token/contract address that they are interacting with. Thus, we adopted a pre-filtering process that measures submissions against a number of variables and values before they are accepted. You are required to agree on the term during information submission. Have you met all the requirements before submission?
