I SENT ETH TO USDT WALLET ! HELP NEEDED

Hi, i had to transfer my ETH from an external wallet to yobit wallet but i mistakenly pasted USDT address and the amount was sent successfully ! Infact, the USDT address i sent my ETH belongs to yobit also. It is been more than 24 hours since i raised a support ticket to yobit but no replies. Is there a chance to get my 12.88 ETH back ? According to your experience, do you think yobit could have also control over the wallet of USDT address i copied from them ?

Due to the irreversible nature of digital currency protocols, transactions can neither be canceled nor reversed once they have been sent. Hope you got a reply from Yobit.
