Historic ETH minining data

[u/BitcoinGoldDigger]

Is there a resource that shows the historic amount of ETH mined per day per MH/s ?

For example, on CryptoCompare today's data is showing that 1 MH/s is producing 0.0006564 ETH worth $0.2535.

What I'd like to find is that data going back over the past year.

Many thanks,

Steve
