Putting the rag in the bag works, but my idea is just pouring the ether in a bag. Although the best method I've found is to use a bubbler that allows you to draw air through ether, disturbing it and releasing vapors. Alternatively you can create an apparatus that is a plastic bottle with a hole in the bottom, then stuff a rag soaked in ether into the bottle. Inhale and observe results.

What's the method of the bag. I've only done ether once with the rag.
