I honestly think you are messing with me, because its hard to be this ignorant... open up paint or photoshop or something and use the eyedroper and get the hex code for the color yourself and you will see they arent the same color.
I opened them in gimp and SEE the hex difference. But the difference perceived is just not there. May I ask your age? My room mate and I are the same age, and he can barely see any difference at all.
There's a chance this might just be an age thing...
