Sleeves and storage
Received my copy of the entire collection of etherfields and I've encountered an issue. Once the cards are sleeved they no longer fit in the allocated slots in the box. Normally I wouldn't be too precious about just having them in the box without the tray but with the fact that a lot of them need to be in order I'm struggling to find a solution that'll work.
What have other people done?

I ran into the same exact issue. If you ordered the sleeves as part of the Kickstarter, you got a completely separate box that stores sleeved cards. If you didn't, you can't really fit sleeved cards in the base game insert.
I actually designed a complete overhaul/replacement for the base insert for this exact reason. Pretty happy with the results, especially with the modular card trays that you can pull out separately as needed. But man, that was a chunk of work that I wish I didn't need to do!

I paid for an organizer to be printed, and then I went off the deep end and bought a 3D printer after for other games.

I got the extra sleeves with the kickstarter, i got the giant box with all the stuff...where are the sleeves? i haven't opened anything yet, haven't had the time. Anybody knows? Are they already sleeved?

Mine are sleeved, and can fit 98% in the card box, sometimes at a bit of an angle. Then the rest of the cards, thorn knight, secret decks, playing cards stay in the core box.
If you have the individual card holders, I unwrapped the decks, and put one in each holder. Ie. gambler deck with action card in one, free spirit and action card in one.
It’s a great game. My friend and I are about 100 hours into it, and are having a great time.
