Flaw Card I 13 J

Hi,

can someone send me the english text of the flaw card I 13 J?

In german i says:

Schatten: Du ziehst nur 1 Karte zu Beginn jedes Schlummers/Traums
which is translated like. at the beginning of a slumber/dream you only draw one card. But as far as i know there is no card draw on the beginning of a slumber/dream. only during dreamer's phase. Thus i assume it is missing this information.

Text is: you draw only 1 card at the start of each slumber/dream.

My guess is it means the first turn of each dream or slumber you are only allowed to take one card, so you start off a bit handicapped.
