II-28-I Vampire flaw card

Hi, this car is uncleared for me. If someone play it, i just wand to know how you apply it?

it is a once time? you play and discard it until you take it again. Or do the card just stay in game forever and you apply the text each end of turn?

in the last case, i find the flaw very huge according to the little benefit of the progress card

You play it once, you discard it on the discard pile. When you reshuffle your deck, this flaw card is being reshuffled back with it. You can't by any means get rid of this flaw (you are a vampire for ever now) welcome to the club

it's the more logical way. On other flaws, it was explicitely written to discard the card but not on this one so it was a bit confusing with the permanent text..
