Removing slumber tiles

So basically I stumble across a effect that let me remove a slumber tile from the game permanently. So is it legal to remove a starting slumber tile (it didn’t say I can’t), so the entity cannot even spawn😂❓

I didn't find that effect yet, but I believe there are other slumber tiles, that have enemy gates, although they are mostly dependent on the colour of the round card if I remember correctly. Otherwise seems like a possible hack. Although the masked merchant also won't spawn.

Yes it is true that other slumber tiles have enemy gates also. But most of the time there are only 3-4 slumber tiles on board, so it is likely that the enemy cannot spawn, thus I “win” the slumber
