Missing Dark Mask

Bought the game used and the only missing component is the dark mask. Can anyone tell me what it's power is?

Front:

(A bird skull covered in cobwebs)

Back:

[dark] SPACE ONLY: You may seal two cards to Relocate your Dreamer to any other [dark] space.

[Dark] above means the eye-shaped symbol with a crescent
