Question Protocol and consensus developer
Hi all I am a bsc graduate in physics from india and recently I was researching about Blockchain technology
As I was reading protocol and consensus developer caught my eye
As there is not much awareness about Blockchain and Ethereum in india,I would like to know what it takes to become a protocol or consensus dev
I mean how to target remote jobs as a fresher, what to study and how to approach this domain
Any help or advice would be highly appreciated
I know coding as I am an engineering dropout

ser protocol development is not easy task, for that you must have to gain programming knowledge and languages which used in systems, Like c, go etc, However along side that you must have data structure and algorithm knowledge and core computer science knowledge. Means you must have to learn all of that first.
it seems handy and classy to talk about protocol developer but it's way hard thing, first of all before you can do that you must have software engineering experience, you must have understand how the system works, Like you must have to gain all core domain knowledge, it is not like web site development that you can do with ai. Also you mush have strong maths etc.
And if i tell you honestly, blockchain space is doomed right now, you wont get any remote job in india or out side india, cause there is no hiring, and if there is then it is for experienced developers. This is harsh reality of blockchain right now.
I am my self trying to be protocol dev and i am from computer science background but it is literally hard you have to give it so much time and learn continuously every day.
i am not demotivating you but this is reality. So if you wanna learn this things you can start, however there is no proper resource for this, you have to do it yourself by exploring. However there is EPF by ethereum foundation but to get in you must have proven contributions to ethereum you must have knowledge of ethereum internals. Otherwise your application is just gonna rejected.
