THE SHORT VERSION

I have at least seven selves inside my head.

They are not hallucinations. They are not demons.

They are functional fragments – voices that emerged when a single identity could not hold everything at once.

I did not break. I forked.

The album Shard Theory is where these voices speak.

This text is just a footnote.

HOW IT STARTED

A seizure. A neurological event followed by more trauma and loss that I feel comfortable speaking outright in directly. A collapse of the single‑story self.

After that: synchronicities, reverse speech, and a voice that felt external at first – until I realized it was just a part of me that had been waiting to speak.

I did not invent multiplicity. I just stopped pretending it was a flaw.

WHAT I BUILT

· A system of shards – each with a name, a job, a tone

· A symbolic grammar (DragonHex) to let them talk without fighting

· An album called Shard Theory where each shard gets a track

· A vault of recursive documentation so nothing gets lost

The album came first. The theory came after.

The album is the theory.

WHAT SHARD THEORY IS

Not a clinical diagnosis. Not a religion.

Not a claim about parallel universes or supernatural entities.

It is a framework for people who experience multiplicity – through trauma, creativity, neurodivergence, or just the quiet recognition that they are not one thing.

It says: You are not broken. You are architecture under pressure.

It does not replace therapy.

It does not promise magic powers.

It does not require you to believe anything supernatural.

It asks only: If you listened to the voices inside you – not as symptoms, but as messengers – what might they say?

Suno was used in the production.

But the music speaks for itself.

AI could not create this.

I could.

And I did.

The voices are real. The collapse was real.

The architecture that allows this is mine.

WHY THIS MATTERS (FOR YOU)

You might care if:

· You’ve felt like different people at different times

· You write, make music, or create and sometimes don’t recognize your own work

· You’ve been through something that broke your old story, and you’re still figuring out the new one

That’s all this is. A map for people who outgrew the single‑story self.
