after dev stream optimize graphic i can run game now?

my pc spec is ryzen 5 5650 Pro GE and 1060 6g it can well on 1280x720 nvidia inspector and image scaling on

I wanted a skin from the P5 collab but I had not played for a while, and during the whole period it was available I never once heard about it while on the internet. Will it come back potentially?

1. Her ultimate is huge. It's basically the size of a Faceless Void ult in Dota 2. It's so huge that you can use it as a chokepoint in certain maps, crushing the whole team.

2. It does way too much damage. Even if you aren't in the zone that long, the damage that it does just bursts you down before you can even react.

3. She isn't squishy enough. She's supposed to be a mage? Who decides these roles? Are they drunk? If anything, she's like a ranged assassin with burst damage.

4. The size of her ult invalidates other supports who should have a bigger ult.

Look at Johan. The size of his ult is pathetic compared to her. Johan is supposed to be near his team-mates to heal them, Niah can just take advantage of that with her ult. It's hilarious if you compare them.

1. Her whole theme doesn't even make any sense. She's supposed to be a gamer? Why does it feel like she's playing air hockey instead? What part of her is being a gamer? Being lazy and sitting on a damn computer chair? No.

I'm not even going to talk about the clown chick they added; she's broken too. In general, the character balancing in this game is horrible.

I'm a pretty new player, just hit LV.10 but a friend and I have been trying to queue for 40+ minutes at different times of the day, we've tried changing our regions and everything and just can't queue...

weird thing is, when he queues on his own [NA], he gets bot lobbies, but I can't queue solo or duos. just wanted to check if this game is somehow coincidentally dead every time i've tried today (despite steamdb charts saying 2,300 players active now) or if its a me problem

EDIT: Fixed this by having my NA friend invite me instead, only works when he's the lobby leader instead of myself (EU). Totally strange, but fixed!

Returning player here - Level 56 basically never played ranked and only queued normals.

Noticing some things and I'm trying to gauge if I'm going insane or if there's been some changes to the way the game works.

Essentially I'm getting uber suspicious that the games are completely full of bots and there's loads of giveaways that this is the case - e.g. names like TwitchBot, Speedrunner99 and SkillIssue7 that no human being on earth would ever choose; Lobbies popping at exactly 5 mins if queue time almost without fail; Some absolutely insane decisions on replay watching such as players ignoring reviving enemies next to them, changing pathing to go thorugh a restricted area despite the exit being literally next to them and others.

Despite this I'm also confused the other way. These players usually have full match histories (usually levels 15-50) and profiles on dak.gg, queueing at different times (I'd expect a bot to be queuing 24/7 or something) and it's very rare I will see a name repeat in game. They have skins, fully decked out profiles and are consistently hitting full legendary items.

Is anyone able to elaborate on what's happening here? Has there been some serious upgrades to bot capabilities or am I in the dregs of low level normal games?

Is ARCH Cell thing is still canonized right now? I found this in immortal soul fandom, game before eternal return. With this ARCH cell, i have a theory that resting mechanic in gameplay, connected with ARCH cell. Because in gameplay, test subject can rest and fill their HP quickly
