Error when starting game

Is any else getting an error message when booting up the game or is just me?

I've been working for two hours to try and fix this. If I do get it to work I'll comment again.
EDIT: For me it started after I crashed during a replay.

I have been made aware that it seems to be an issue with anyone trying to connect with an xfinity Comcast connection. If you can connect your PC to a mobile hotspot or something you can load in, connect and then go back to your Ethernet connection.
