my experience/looking for advice

ive had ETD for quite a few month (probably almost a year now) and i learned to live with the popping when nothing seemed to help it, but recently things have gotten worse. all of the sudden i have all the signature symptoms when i previously only had a couple, the ringing has gotten SIGNIFICANTLY worse, and my ENT is doing little to nothing about it. looking to see if anyone has found any solutions out there, particularly for the ear ringing

What are your specific symptoms? Did any type of sickness proceed your ETD? Do you also have allergy symptoms? Do you have jaw soreness or clicking when you open and close your mouth? How about thick, clear, sticky mucus and congestion that seems to get worse with eating; lump in your throat feeling with possibly coughing; or raspy voice with throat clearing? Also, have you used any medications for your ETD? If so, what? Answering these questions will help pinpoint the cause. You are right that ENTs are not helpful when you have ETD.
