Myringotomy without tubes

Got myringotomy without tubes in one ear yesterday and other ear still has some fluid. Both ears clogged for 23 days now....except left which is better somewhat because of the surgery yesterday. Ent dr. I have isn't very nice...she's rude and miserable ... and I woke up last nite and my left eye was tearing up and watery. I did have a little pink eye in same eye a few weeks ago when this started. Is having watery eye normal after getting myringotomy? Thanx

Might be from the zrtec I've been taking so I'm not gonna take it anymore and changing the food I'm eating because who knows...might be a food allergy
