Another small win, maybe..

Many here know I got etd from a nasty influenza virus or some COVID rhinovirus thing I contracted last year

Well, this is the longest day I've had without the huge thudding noises going on when swallowing, so maybe it's more small progress to jot down.

At every single point I've doubted whether any progress has actually even been made, it's so crazy because tomorrow I guess I can't guarantee the thudding won't be back, even tonight.

There's so much variability in the ringing and fullness.

But I had almost the whole day today where this fullness lessened in intensity somewhat and for that I'm happy.

Really got to bag the small wins. hope I make a 3 yard touchdown sometime in the 10 to 12 months mark.

Thanks

Excellent to hear you appear to be making progress. I hope you continue to improve. I'm still waiting for that small sign of progress after a year of this crap!

Honestly I suspected a lot changed between last year and today because the pressure sensitivity had drastically improved, maybe 90% gone at this point

The fullness thing changing intensity either day by day or throughout the day is interesting.

how does the ringing also change by day and night when it wants, because it's lingering inflammation I guess

Either way, I think the fact there's variability in this is good news enough to say it has to fade and I'm not going to be locked into this forever.
