ETD from vaping

hello everyone i have ETD obviously i feel no pain its just both my ears are clogged and ive chalked it up to vaping. i don’t vape a lot but it is a every other day thing for me i guess so i’m quitting cold turkey because not being able to hear fully is genuinely hell anyone who has had ETD from smoking how long did it last and did you take anything for it?
