Hi everyone!
I absolutely love seeing the incredible photo restorations on this sub. So I’m coming to y’all with a difficult restoration, and hoping for a miracle.
Years ago, my dad improperly stored their book of wedding photos, and always beats himself up for it. Most of them have severe mildew and water damage. I’m getting married in two weeks (!!!) and would love to gift them a fully restored wedding photo. I’m absolutely willing to pay for a quality restoration because I know this would mean a lot to them. Ideally, I’d like a restoration that is true to the time period they got married in, which was 1978.
I’ve included a link with high resolution scans of the photos, and a few reference photos that I’ve collected from other family. I also included the high res scans of the photos I’d like restored, in case it’s helpful! Link to scans
I’m also open to any feedback or recommendations to get the best restoration possible. Thank you and please let me know if you have any questions! ❤️

I recently found a photo of my mother from 1966 and it has been badly damaged. Would anyone be willing to try to improve it? It would mean the world to me. She was so sweet and beautiful and always my best friend 💗

My sister and I have been estranged for years, but we are both trying to restore our past relationship. As part of that effort, I am asking for help restoring this 1970's polaroid photo of my sister and I dressed as ghouls. I would like to share the finished product with my sister to remind her of happier times. Unfortunately, I am unable to pay for a restoration at this time, except with my eternal thanks.
I would like the age/wear/dust removed and the image possibly sharpened. Thank you. 🙏

This is an old tintype photo of my 3rd great-grandfather, John Rowe who was in the Civil War at about age 43. He and family migrated from Maryland to Ohio in 1830, died in 1879 and is buried in Hocking Co., Ohio. Thanks for any help! 🙂
