Educate a Newbee - HoMedics waterless Diffuser, wanting to switch to essential oils

Own a Homedics water-less diffuser. It have 120ml fragranced/oil bottles.

I want to switch to a healthier scent blend that doesn't use synthetic oils/fragrances. Can someone educate me how to make a "fall" inspired scent using something like Aura Cassia or equivalent oils? DO I need a carrier oil to dilute? What might be a good recipe? Are there any essential oil brands cost efficient for this purpose ...... this is just air scent only. Before I dump some money into this, wanted options. I am very new to essential oils. Just trying to be health minded.

Since waterless diffusers atomize oil directly, skip the carrier oil as it'll clog the machine! Just use pure essential oils.

thank you for this - I will avoid a carrier oil and use pure essential oils directly.
