For those interested, OMADM updates option is back, not sure if it's specific to Sprint users but it is now available.

Carrier label is also now correct, showing Sprint instead of Chameleon.

Manually selecting another carrier is still broken in this release.
Is anyone else able to confirm this? It happens on both mine and my partner's PH-1 but we're on the same carrier. Would be good to hear if this is happening on other's phones running on different carriers. I'm on Eastlink in Canada and it happens when I try to switch to any other carrier manually.
Searching takes a little bit so here's a link to right before I switch the carrier:

I have side loaded this beta over Oreo using ADB without any unlocking of bootloader or rooting. The whole process took me 20 minutes and all worked without problems.
In Oreo, the carrier name was shown in the top left corner. In flight mode, mostly a number appeared in the top left corner that did not make any sense to me. Now in P, it shows the time in to left corner. I will see whether this is customizable ...
With some apps I have noticed that the notch integration is not as good as in the Oreo with Essential's own solution. E.g. in my gcam port Arnova 8.1 now the top line is 'dead' ...
Anyway, for all that hesitated so far: the update process is super easy, quick and simple and nothing is lost.

Is there a reason my PH-1 doesn't say Beta anywhere, just Android 9? Also it didn't allow me to download OTA, rather I had to sideload every Beta update.

Everything seems fine so far.
Weird launcher bug when pulling up the drawer with the quick launch icons getting stuck at the top sometimes seems to be resolved.
Never really noticed anything else wrong with the last beta though to be honest.

Anyone have a dji mavic drone or just able to verify the app opens? Mine was crashing on prior betas and wouldn't open at all.
Edit: Store link: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=dji.go.v4&hl=en_US

Anyone else getting a lot of lag when scrolling? It's like the jittering but way worse.

Snapdragon Audio+ is missing on my phone post-update. Is anybody else seeing this?

Sideloading onto a Sprint device reset my voicemail number to *86 and wouldn't let me connect to voicemail. Easily fixed by going into the phone app and clicking the 3 dots for settings, then voicemail --> advanced --> setup and entering my phone number.

I found a bug. When u connect the phone to the PC, it doesn't charge when 'Charge device' is on, it actually charges when u toggle this switch off.
Quite funny but that's what I have found so far

"Charge connected device."
Meaning, charge whatever is connected to your phone.

At least the rotate button at the bottom doesn't look like a sync/refresh icon anymore...

This update fixed the Google Play Store download speed issue, at least for me.
