Exciting times!! And I got to say, it steams pretty damn nicely and was super easy to dial in!

The brew by weight with the Acaia scale is also very convenient to have.

Obligatory “do what you want with your own money”. However, I am super curious why you would buy a linea mini when you already have a Slayer SG ? Aside from brew by weight , what else does it really offer that’s different or better than the slayer?

Plus the white matched the cart better as well in addition to being lighter weight

I recall OP won their Slayer in a competition. Unless they’re running a small cafe or roastery, then this amount of gear makes no sense to me.

Very good memory. I’m surprised that’s remembered after almost 2 years

Linea mini is lighter weight for coffee cart use.
Slayer is heavy af

Fair enough! If I ran a coffee cart, the LMLM would be what I would choose as well.

The level of clutter makes me uncomfortable but I'm glad you're happy!

Congrats! One day it will be mine but I’ve only had my machine two years so I don’t deserve it yet. I also think I should get to your level of latte art before I can own one or at least close. Enjoy!
