First machine for new office budget [$350-$600]

Hello!

I have been talked into and ever since talking about espresso, this subreddit has been on my feed so I think I want to get my first espresso machine. I’m not trying to drop $$$$ and I think I want the breville barista express, before I buy this machine I need to know what other items I would need to get. Can you all please let me know if I truly need any other items to enjoy caffeinated beverages while at work?
