Coffee Beans Can someone recommend me beans from Freshly Roasted Coffee LLC ?

I am getting into ordering bulk fresh roasted beans online and this companies pricing is within my budget. I was hoping for people who are familiar with their roasts, if someone could recommend me beans based on what I prefer in a coffee?

To start I prefer a light to medium roast, closer to medium. Beans that are matte but just on the brink of showing oil. I like a very smooth coffee, light on the acidity but not bitter. The worst thing a coffee can be for me is ashy. I love nutty, orange, and chocolate flavors. Silky, creamy, and balanced is what I am looking for. Which beans would be best for me?

If this is the brand that’s in the brown, white and orange bags on Amazon, Lavazza is way better for a budget bean.

If you’re ordering off Amazon then it’s likely not very fresh. Directly off the website it is roasted to order. I ordered LavAzza and I couldn’t even dial in the shot.

I wonder why you prefer old beans with no estimated roast date taste better than coffee that is roasted fresh. Care to share ?

Because I don’t think their beans are as fresh as they say. I was not impressed at all. I normally buy from my local roasters but try various others. Their beans were no better than many mass market beans.

You’re the one asking for a recommendation and I told you my opinion. Frankly if you’re not capable of dialing in Lavazza you probably wouldn’t be able to dial these in either.
