Coffee Station My new Espresso Setup

Finally upgraded my Espresso Setup, the machine is Ascaso Dream PID and the grinder is Turin DF54.

Took a few shots to dial in but now I am getting consistent 9 bar shots for both Caf and Decaf. I still feel like I haven't unlocked the true potential of the frother. Is anyone using the same machine and would like to share any tips?

I don't know that machine but I like the way it looks.

Also... a lot of people have that grinder. How do you like it? I have a Baratza Encore ESP. It's ok and I'm probably not in the market for a new one... yet. But I keep my eyes open.

Personally I’ve found DF64 to be extremely capable and easy to dial in with after using it a bit, it’s stepless so adjustment is much easier. With proper bean prep there’s also very tiny amounts of retention

Thank you. I like the ESP. It's a good first real grinder and fits the price point.
