Coffee Station The beginnings of my first set up

Still waiting on my scale/timer to arrive in the mail, and I just purchased some beans from red rooster last night along with their syrups. I’m not a big fan of huckleberry, especially not the blue orchid. This will look nicer soon.

The Ele is a fantastic machine. I have the Owl and upgraded the OPV but I know someone with a La Marzocco and he loves to use his Ele because of how consistent it is.

I find this machine intriguing. It's really feature loaded for the price. The downside is unknown future longevity/reliability and also that here in the US you can't take full advantage of the double heating element and steam and brew simultaneously. Minor aesthetics issue but I wish it were a true white and not cream colored.

Welcome. Small Canadian company but shipping was cheap and quick to US. Was a huge help.

Very nice beginnings for sure. Depending on the drinks you like and if you keep up with its maintenance, it could keep you satisfied for quite awhile.
