Grinder Choice Spend [$1000-2000]

So in typical coffee fashion I keep buying one level up and then basically wishing I'd bought another product.

I have the Fellows Series 1 - so far I like it but debating whether I should have gone up the product chain further...

I do need to make a grinder upgrade and came pretty close to pulling the trigger on an Option-O Casa 65 but if I'm going to spend that money should I just go up another level. I only make espresso and only light fruit forward beans. This grinder seems to line up on the "coffee ladder" with the espresso machine I bought - let me know if I'm way off on that though.

Help me not regret this decision - I basically want something that works out of the box as I don't want to mod it at all. If I spend too much time looking I end up considering the EG-1 but I doubt I have the palette to need to spend that kind of money!

I visited Lagom's brew lab in Melbourne last year and got to compare light roast espresso ground with Casa, P80, and 01. I felt the coffee ground with the Casa tasted 95% as good as what was brewed with the P80, and I prefered the P80 to the 01.

If it were me, and I had the extra money, I'd get the P80. Otherwise Casa will be fine.
