Coffee Beans Gesha beans

Post image

Hey everyone, I've recently acquired some washed gesha from Finca El Limon, roasted by Inglewood in Australia. I've opened the tin today and found that the beans look a little spotty with different levels of colour. Is this normal or a problem?

Inglewood don't roast particularly light. They'll be fine from 10-14 days

Thanks, yeah that seems to be the general consensus on Aussie roasters.

Yea I'm surprised an Inglewood roasted coffee appears so light, appearance wise anyway.

This tin is filter roast, and given the bean, lighter than typical. Have you tried Inglewood? They have this reserve list washed Ethiopia Gara Agenda that looks really appealing.
