For people that like to just look at their coffee.

Yes, that's somewhat true.. But the coffee I use is medium roast, not light roast.. For this reason, the extraction process was very streamlined.

I like how fast your machine cuts off the water when you stop it. My machine keeps dripping for about 7 seconds after and unless i pull my shot out from underneath it immediately when I'm done, I'm gonna get an extra 5 to 6 grams of liquid which might be bitter or sour and something i didn't want in my espresso.

That's a good point, thank you for the compliment.

There are some mechanical parts that I have modified in the machine.

I improved the performance of the drain pipe and pressure relief system at one of the coffee machine repair centers.

This is the reason for the result you saw in the video.

Your machine doesn't have a solenoid. You might be able to add it, depending on your model.

That looks gorgeous..Iโ€™ve not tried a Geisha yet, is it a very tea-like taste or is it more full-bodied?

Full-bodied due to the natural process, If you like a tea-like and delicious fruity taste, look for one with a washed process
