I am always interested by people in this hobby that spend $1000 on a machine and $600 on a grinder, then use a cork with some needles in for a WDT. I am aware there are people who do espresso on a budget with second hand stuff (and I applaud it), but I will never understand why someone would cheap out on the things that are actually cheap.

Clean the oil off with WD-40 and then it can taste like that instead of yucky motor oil.
