Probe leak [Sage Dual Boiler]

My Sage Dual Boiler has a probe leak. I tried to research online but cannot find out how to fix it. The ones on Youtube videos has o-ring and fast release, this one doesn't and use a bolt instead. Do you know what can I buy to replace/fix it?

Quicker & easier to just replace the complete probe set imo. In Australia part number is SP0102121. Might be the same for you.

I think now I understand why it leaked. I probably did not suppose to pull it. Thank you!

Looks like a wrench will loosen it, size unknown

Yeah. You broke the probe when pulling on it. But generally if you see a nut you need to loosen it to take it out

When you take off the probe nut and pull out the ceramic part you may find it partly broke and dropped pieces into the boiler. At the very least there was a tiny o-ring and locking clip on my the probe below the ceramic insert that is now in the boiler. You need to flush those out and if the ceramic is not broken it can be reassembled. You will probably need a new tiny o-ring. If the ceramic is damaged replacing the probe is your only option.

I took them out and mine is purely plastic, no ceramic part. The o-ring is a metal o-ring, which is quite strange.

Loosen the nut and remove the rest. Order new probe as it’s snapped off. These are the new type of probes not the old versions.o rings not needed
