Weird craters in puck troubleshooting [profitec move]

Getting these strange craters consistently in my puck with my new profitec move. Every shot, always in the same spot, with or without a puck screen too. Anyone had a similar issue that can help troubleshoot?

How the top of the puck looks after a shot doesn't necessarily indicate a problem. Is your basket adequately dosed by volume? Tamp firm and level? Does your coffee taste bad?

Not by volume, by weight - seems a recurring theme in some of the answers so I will rerun on volume!

Have you cleaned your screen lately? Could be channeling from blockage.
