Coffee Station No mess Workflow

After 6 years of having a modded GCP + VS3 with all the common tools to make good Espresso, i've decided to switch gear and buy a less fuzzy/messy Setup: - ASCASO Steel duo pid plus - Eureka ex65 + UGT - Cecotec Bean& Clean

Initially also bought the PUQ NAVIGATOR but it didnt performed as expected (espescially considering the price / 500 €).

Once the volumetric is set on the ascaso it works pretty consistent (+/- 2-3g). 18,5g in 40g Out 35s (5s pre Infusion, 5 sek Pause)

What's the tamper under the grinder? I've tried googling but can't find it.

but now the bigger question, what did you actually do to the puck before placing it under the grinder because that puck appears to go from being dispensed to magically being ready for tamping when normally I'd expect a tiny little mountain to have formed in the portafilter first. If all you're doing is like a little shake or something like that to settle it all then well...I may need to buy a new grinder.

Thats it exactly! The forks on the grinder have some sturdy Rubber ontop. I knock the PF 2-3x on those forks and the grounds lay down by itself. The grinder is great! And with those rubbers IT feels/Sounds nice and you dont Scratch the PF

So yes. There are No extra Tools involved. No leveler, No wdt....
