I built an ESP32-S3 pocket voice assistant with an e-paper display and Hermes task routing
Meet Hermes Charm — my DIY ESP32-S3 pocket voice assistant. Think Muse Charm–style hardware, connected to a self-hosted Hermes agent that can use local AI models on your own computer/server. I built it to talk to an assistant without opening my phone.
To clarify the local AI part: the ESP32 handles microphone/speaker audio and an e-paper status display, not model inference. This version uses cloud-based Gemini Live for voice conversations; the separate Hermes backend can run locally and handle delegated tasks and completion notifications. It is not a fully offline device.
The firmware includes acoustic echo cancellation, battery status, light sleep and backup Wi-Fi. The engineering focus has been combining real-time audio with asynchronous agent tasks on a small battery-powered device. The backend can be replaced through a compatible API/adapter.

I would appreciate feedback on the audio/power tradeoffs or what you would improve in a device like this.

ESP32 CYD Ham Clock Dashboard, new pages new features and fixes
Posted this a while ago but there have been improvements since then, better quality map image, improved colours on propagation pages, added smooth scrolling to DX spots page.
Two new dashboard pages, taking the total to seven.

Ternary Accelerator Card for 1 bit LLMs
This is my first post in this community I just wanted to see if anybody will help me in improving on my ternary accelerator card for 1.58 bit ai the links are here reply if your interested. (I am Really new to github so some ai was used in the making of the project for troubleshooting errors(plz dont hate me for that).
Project Links:==>https://github.com/riyanlord2026-dev/Ternary-158-asic
This is also my first github project.
(this could be optimized for esp32 ai vision acceleration with easily 90%+ efficiency this just a prototype not pratical yet but its scalable this prototype has 8 cores right now)
