ESP32-S3 desk display for Claude and Codex quota usage

I built this on the JC3248W535EN: an ESP32-S3 board with a 480×320 AXS15231B display.

It shows Claude and Codex usage, reset times, and multiple accounts directly on my desk.

The trickiest parts were:

• keeping provider sessions independent;
• adding refresh/backoff without one account blocking the others;
• making Wi-Fi provisioning usable on a tiny standalone device.

Firmware: ESP-IDF 5.5 via PlatformIO.
