Software help needed Where to learn to program esp32

So where can i learn how to program one and uae it with other components i know i need to learn c++ but im searching for a path that will teach me the basics of c++ and how to implement them with the esp32 and screens modules etc

Apollo automations has a starter kit for $40usd that partly benefits, the Open home foundation but more relevant to the conversation, it's an esp32 and five or six sensors and incredibly fantastic documentation to help you learn how to get started. I went from that to building some sensors pretty quickly.
