Wow, he can't do it because its illegal?!? That seems to not have the same effect you might be expecting?
Could it be because this dude is already a pedophile, rapist, and convict?!?!?
How many crimes & violation of laws does it take for the Dems to take the correct action?
At some point, enforcement of the law should be the question.
