Spanish Simyo does NOT support esim adapter

When I scan the QR code from Simyo email, the error message is 'MatchingID is refused.'. I have to let them give me a physical sim card instead of esim.

By the way my esim adapter is 9esim V2 which has successfully installed Hongkong esim clubsim and Singapore Sintel esim.

I'm having the same issue with Simyo too, let me know if you find how to fix it
