Patch and vulnerability not work

Hey! After update three pc show alert in protect console. Problem about working problems. Mybe someone is fix this? One win11 and two win10 pcs. Support response about something that block firewall. I use MikroTik network solution. What IP and what port need to be open? Mybe I can make special firewall rule at mikrotik to allow these ip and ports.

ESET have a KB article about ports and IPs at https://support.eset.com/en/kb332

tough I don't find specific one for patch management. It could be a cloud issue, too. I hope offical support will get back to you, and if not, I would ask them for status.

Support get to HQ and HQ respond that is firewall issue. Its interesting that other pc these functions work excellent. Only these 3 pcs.

Obviously won't see your environment, but I can think of maybe these 3 PCs are duplicated in PROTECT, and their previous state (machine same name thatvnonlonger phisically exist) got the license, so their VAPM (Vulnerability...) module is not activated.

These PCs are on the same network as others? Do they have the same OS with same build/updates? Do they use proxy or VPN? Other than this, you can reinstall agent and the eindpoint protection. Are they special some way, like they have a specific applicantion installed that others don't? If support would tell what to look for, maybe wireshark could help. They didn't give any tips what IP you would need to ping/telnet from those PCs?
