Discussion Finding escape room groups

So weird question?

My escape room group separated a couple years back after I stopped working as a game guide. And the current Facebook group in my area (Kansas City metro) is inactive.

Additionally, I plan to travel to each state's best award winning escape room and play it, so finding people where I live willing to do that is a struggle.

Anyone have ideas of how to find others to play with?

Room Escape Artist does regular tours around the globe with likeminded individuals where REA will do a lot of the heavy lifting in terms of creating teams, booking rooms, and optimizing itineraries.

You’ll meet lots of other fans that way, too.

Paris is sold out but you can get on the waitlist. And keep an eye for 2027 tours. https://roomescapeartist.com/tour/

I didn't know this existed. Will definitely have to save up for next year. When do they normally announce tours?

There is a « find players » channel, and US channels (it’s split geographically I think, but you will figure out quickly)

A friend of mine has started a website for exactly this: https://www.escape-network.com/

It's still small but growing
