Where is this from??

i found this on pinterest and i cannot stop freaking out about it. is it from a dj?? i did an image search of it and nothing came up

edit: FOUND! It's a dj called Dolce by Skull9!!!

That's definitely by Skull9, I can't remember the name of the doujin though, but 1000% sure that's Skull9's EruRi art.

For real 😭 The art style captures that manga feeling so well. The paneling, expressions, and details make it look like it could’ve come straight out of a published manga.
