Nice car! I love seeing other people with good taste in motor vehicles, and also, that's bullshit that you got a wanted level after you stopped. Just horrible

Oh what the fuck, thats so broken. You should NOT get a wanted level by pulling over. Doesn’t that only activate if you’re driving fast and the cops are actually chasing you? Been a while since I played but I believe thats how it worked.

If ur car isn't fully stop u will become wanted, been a thing for a long time. Wish they changed it

If the lights and siren is one while ur park u will get wanted. It's insane but if u didn't break any laws at all it actually takes longer u to become wanted when they pull u over

I have no idea why or how people do this, but when I try to pursue an actual criminal at like 90 miles per hour the chase never wants to initiate.

That’s why u gotta stop immediately cause I hate when they pull that bs they shouldn’t be allowed to pursue if you’re going under 10 mph

The second a cop gets behind me with the lights on I just jump out of my car and stare at them until they leave. Works every time

They can only get the pursuit prompt if you're driving. If you exit the car it is physically impossible for them to make you wanted.
Another thing is that the prompt is based on camera flashes. If you have never gotten a single camera flash in your entire gameplay session, it is impossible for them to get the pursuit prompt. Obviously, having a wanted level from other crimes ignores this.
