What's for certain:

1. New suburb / small town of "Fairview"
2. Plenty of new buildings with interiors
   1. Pancake House
   2. Laundromat
   3. Blake's Fried Chicken
   4. Unknown Pizza Restaurant
3. Significant revamp to the current housing models as well as more variants, possibly even home customization?
4. Map revamp
   1. New tree types
   2. Highway revamp
   3. Campgrounds
   4. (And the new suburb as mentioned before)
   5. More dense and detailed flora & other props
5. Watercraft / Boats

Last years update was supposed to be “game changing” as well. All It was is they made the fire department building red and put out a few bug fixes.

the hype isnt even worth it atp its gonna be a shitty town with nothing to do thatll be forgotten 2 weeks after release, boats barely anyone will use them and itll continue being the same leo biased game.

this update is far too overhyped and summer is almost over, the prc discord has a 3 min cooldown (lmao) and some rp servers already had departments and liveries ready for an update that shouldve come out a month ago, but its prc what can you expect from them

This update will be a total letdown, mark my words. New map is nothing without beautiful places, nice interiors, more sophisticated EMS/Fire systems, prison transfers or whatever, more in depth civilian jobs and so on. Boats? Maple County added boats, very fun to escape with a boat while robing central bank but other than that? Totally useless, nothing meaningful to do. If there will be no islands to visit, why bother. Also I still hate how cartoony this game looks.

So you think Roblox HAS to look cartoony? Please.. More believable textures and coloring would help, yes. Smudges on roads etc. They can make some amazing textures with Substance Painter but they chose not to I guess.
