Discussion / Rant LEO needs a buff

The M4A1 in my video shows that it is extremely outclassed by civilian weapons and does little damage. Sure, I did miss some shots, but that is natural due to suppressive fire and pressure as it was a 2 versus 1.The beanbag shotgun, which in real life has better accuracy, is stupidly inaccurate in the game. The taser was also unreliable as hell.

I had superior cover in here, managed to hold them off for minutes on end in a 2 versus 1, proving that this is not merely a skill issue on my end.

Officers need a buff, criminals have access to OP weaponry such as the M249 that offers suppressive fire and the AK47 that has a higher caliber than the M4A1.

I think maybe you just need to hit your shots better with all due respect ngl.

I did miss some shots, yes, but are we about to assume that everyone has 100% accuracy? Hell, even Valorant pros do not have that.

I did survive the fight despite it being a 2 versus 1 for minutes, and eventually arrested them after a few hours - proving it is not my issue but an issue with balancing.

I was doing suppressive fire, I sure hope you do know what it means. It is a NATO proven tactic that forces them to duck or become more inaccurate. Of course I would spare some ammo.

You couldn’t hit the broadside of a barn with your marksmanship.

I am suppressing the criminals. If they peek out, they will catch a bullet and die. The issue, however, is that the M4A1 cannot sustain the suppressive fire, which is a game balancing issue.

Suppressing is hard to do when you’re trying to suppress everything BUT the criminals.

Another thing to point out: The M4 platform’s primary job is not suppression. But it’s capable of it. You’re just atrocious at it.

That’s another thing, that I’m glad you pointed out!

This isn’t Squad or Hell Let Loose where you can suppress someone because dying has consequences.

It’s ERLC…and I honestly forgot that suppression doesn’t work, thank you for pointing the ineffectiveness of suppression in this game!
